1. Who we are

SAINTSINNERS.CO.UK (“SaintSinners”, “we”, “us”) is operated by SaintSinners. Contact: hello@saintsinners.co.uk.

2. Age restriction (18+)

Some products we sell are intended for adults. By placing an order for age-restricted items you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may cancel and refund any order where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.

3. Products and availability

Our products are produced in limited, numbered runs and are not restocked once sold out. Product images are for illustration; minor variations in colour and finish may occur. Some items are limited to one per customer.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you confirmation that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) where stock is unavailable, pricing was obviously incorrect, or we suspect fraud.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at the time of order via our payment providers (e.g. Stripe, PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and described in our Shipping & Delivery policy. All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel and how to return items — including the hygiene rules that apply to underwear and sealed products — are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

8. Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is faulty, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund in line with your legal rights.

9. Membership list (“After Dark”)

Joining our email list is free and grants early access to product drops. We may withdraw or change member benefits at any time. You can unsubscribe whenever you like. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the SaintSinners name, logo, product designs, images and text — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Our liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. We are not liable for business losses; we supply products for private use only.

12. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts (if you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts). This does not affect your statutory rights.
