1. Discreet by default

Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging — no logos, no product names on the outside, nothing that says what’s inside. Always.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. During drop launches this may extend slightly — we’ll say so on the product page.

3. Delivery options and cost

Available delivery services and exact costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Estimated UK delivery is 2–4 working days from dispatch with tracked services.

4. Tracking

You’ll receive a dispatch email when your order ships. Where a tracked service is used, your tracking number is included.

5. International

Where international delivery is offered at checkout, delivery times vary by destination, and any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

6. Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days of dispatch (UK), email hello@saintsinners.co.uk with your order number and we’ll chase it or make it right.
